The Baptism of the Lord - Year C - The Baptism of the Lord & ‘River of Glory’

This Sunday’s Gospel (Luke 3:16) speaks to the baptism of Jesus where the Spirit of God is seen coming upon Christ, and God the Father bears witness to His Son on whom His favour rests. The Gospel says, “And a voice came from heaven, “You are my Son, the Beloved; with you I am well pleased.”

In honour of the Baptism of our Lord, we would like to share our latest video ‘River of Glory’, a beautiful baptismal hymn by Dan Schutte that proclaims that '...we are born from the darkness and clothed in the light!'.
