The Most Holy Body & Blood of Christ - Year C - Corpus Christi & “Spirit and Grace”

This Sunday, we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, also known as ‘Corpus Christi’. In today’s second reading (1 Cor.11:23-36), Saint Paul reminds us that on the night when he was betrayed, Jesus took a loaf of bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my Body that is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.

In honour of the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, we’d like to share our latest video “Spirit and Grace”, a beautiful communion hymn that reminds us that "Christ is our life, whose presence we bear."
