25th Sunday in Ordinary Time - Year B - Jesus Teaches Humility & Church Entrance Songs

In this Sunday’s Gospel (Mark 9:30-37), after arriving from a journey to Capernaum, Jesus asks the disciples what they were arguing about on the way. However, they are ashamed and do not answer because they were arguing about who among them was the greatest.

Jesus says, “Whoever wants to be first must be last of all and servant of all.” After taking a little child in his arms, he continues, “Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me … (and) the one who sent me.

In honour of this Gospel and Jesus’s instruction to welcome the least among us, we would like to share our latest video, “Music of the Mass | Entrance Songs”, a collection of 8 well-known songs and hymns used in the beginning of Masses and church services around the world.
