4th Sunday of Easter - Year C - Good Shepherd Sunday & Complete Music from Easter Vigil 2022
In today’s Gospel (John 10:27-30) on this 4th Sunday of Easter (also known as Good Shepherd Sunday), Jesus tells his disciples, “My sheep hear my voice. I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish.”
As we continue celebrating the Easter Season, we would like to share our latest video, “Music of the Mass | Easter Vigil”, a complete collection of 20 beautiful Psalms, Chants, Hymns and Songs recorded live at Easter Vigil 2022 at St. Francis de Sales Parish in Ajax, ON Canada and sung by a combined SFDS Easter Vigil Choir. This music represents all the musical components sung at this year’s Easter Vigil Mass.
The only song missing is the Exsultet sung by our Parish Deacon. While he did a wonderful job, the chant was not recorded (and truly needs to be experienced in person).
And of course no Easter video would be complete without an Easter Egg.....
