In this weekend’s Gospel (John 10:11-18), Jesus calls himself the good shepherd. As a shepherd cares for his sheep, and lives and dies for them if necessary, so does Jesus care for us. He says, “I am the good shepherd, I know my own and my own know me.”
In honour of this reading, we present our latest music video, ‘Like A Shepherd’, a gentle hymn by Bob Dufford that uses the words of Isaiah 40 to remind us that, like a shepherd, God will hold us carefully close to His heart, leading us home.
